These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Yet Another AI Course affiliate program (the “Program”), operated by Yet Another AI Course, Inc. (“Yet Another AI Course,” “we,” “us”). They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply. If these Affiliate Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter concerning the Program, these Affiliate Terms prevail.

You agree to these Affiliate Terms when you create an affiliate account (which happens the first time you open the Affiliate tab on your dashboard), share your referral link, or ask for a payout, whichever comes first. If you do not agree to them, do not take part in the Program.

You can take part if you have a Yet Another AI Course account whose dashboard shows the Affiliate tab. At present that is every learner with an individual enrollment or a team seat. You must also be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.

Each person may hold one affiliate account. Opening additional accounts to earn commission, or to refer yourself, is not allowed.

You may not take part if doing so would break the law where you live, or if sanctions or similar restrictions would prevent us from paying you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you as an affiliate, including any tax, business-registration and consumer-protection requirements.

Your affiliate account comes with a unique referral code. A referral link is any address on our site ending in ?ref= followed by your code. The link on your dashboard points at our homepage; you can add the same ending to the address of any other page.

You may share your link as it is or through a link shortener, provided it still takes visitors straight to our site. Do not alter your code, or pass the link through anything that hides where it leads.

We may change how referral links or codes work. If a change affects links you have already shared, we will tell you before it takes effect.

When someone arrives on our site through your link, we store your code in a first-party cookie (yaac_ref) in their browser for 30 days. If they later arrive through another affiliate’s link, that affiliate’s code replaces yours. If they arrive through your link again, the 30 days start over.

A purchase is credited to you only if your code is still stored in the buyer’s browser when they start checkout. We cannot credit a purchase made on a different device or browser, in a browser that blocks cookies or has since cleared them, or after the cookie has expired.

Our records decide which purchases were referred and by whom. We work to keep tracking reliable, but we do not guarantee that every referral will be recorded, and we are not responsible for commission lost to a tracking failure.

A purchase earns you commission (a “Qualifying Purchase”) when all of the following are true:

• it is made within 30 days of the buyer’s most recent visit through your link, and your code is the one stored in their browser when they start checkout;
• it is an individual enrollment or a team licence bought through our online checkout;
• the buyer pays for it: a purchase that a discount code made free earns nothing;
• it is not made by you, by anyone buying on your behalf, or from an account you control;
• your affiliate account is active, not suspended, when the purchase is made.

These never earn commission: Ask AI credit top-ups and any other add-on sold separately from the course; purchases arranged outside our online checkout, such as invoiced agreements for more than 2,500 seats, unless we agree otherwise in writing; and purchases we reasonably believe resulted from a breach of these Affiliate Terms.

The standard commission is 25% of the Commission Base of each Qualifying Purchase. The Commission Base is the amount charged for the purchase after any discount code is applied, excluding sales tax, VAT and similar taxes. Commission is calculated in the currency of the purchase and rounded to the nearest cent.

We may agree a different rate with an individual affiliate. If we do, your rate is the one shown on your dashboard.

Commission is recorded when a Qualifying Purchase is paid, at the rate that applies to you at that moment. A later change to your rate, or to the standard rate, affects only purchases made after the change and never commission already recorded.

If a Qualifying Purchase is refunded, the commission on it is reversed and no longer counts toward your available balance. The same applies if the payment is disputed or charged back and the dispute is not resolved in our favour.

Buyers can ask for a refund within the period set out in our Terms of Service. We may wait until that period has ended for the purchases behind your balance before paying it out.

If a commission is reversed after it has been paid to you, we may deduct the amount from your future commission or ask you to repay it.

Your available balance is the commission you have earned that has not been reversed or paid. Once it reaches $100, you can ask for it to be paid by emailing support@yetanotheraicourse.com from the address on your account (the button on your dashboard writes this email for you) with your affiliate code and how you would like to be paid. Below $100, your balance carries over until it reaches the minimum.

We pay the whole available balance in one payment, by PayPal or bank transfer, normally within 30 days of receiving everything we need to pay you. Before paying, we may ask you to confirm your identity and payment details and to provide any tax information we are required to collect.

Commission is paid in US dollars. Any fees your bank or payment provider charges to receive the payment, including currency conversion, are your responsibility. You are also responsible for any tax due on the commission you receive, and we may withhold amounts where the law requires us to.

You may promote the course anywhere you lawfully can, in your own words. When you do, you must:

• say clearly, and close to the link itself, that you earn a commission on purchases made through it, as advertising rules such as the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP Code require;
• describe the course honestly, and make only claims about it that we make ourselves; in particular, do not promise jobs, income or results, and do not describe the course certificate as an accredited qualification;
• follow the rules of every platform you post on, and every law on marketing messages that applies to you, including anti-spam and e-privacy laws;
• make clear that you speak for yourself, not for Yet Another AI Course.

You must not:

• send unsolicited bulk email, messages or comments, or promote to lists of contacts you have bought or scraped;
• bid on “Yet Another AI Course,” “yetanotheraicourse.com” or close variations of them in search or social advertising, or use them in a domain name, app name or social media handle;
• present yourself as Yet Another AI Course, as our employee or official partner, or as offering customer support on our behalf;
• place your code in a visitor’s browser without them knowingly clicking your link, whether by cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups or pop-unders, hidden frames, browser extensions, or software that rewrites other people’s links;
• pay or reward people to click your link or to buy, or pass part of your commission to buyers as cashback or a rebate, unless we agree in writing;
• publish discount codes that were not given to you for public use;
• promote the course alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or deceptive.

While you take part, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the name “Yet Another AI Course” and the screenshots and descriptions published on our public website, solely to promote the course through your referral link. Do not alter our name or branding, combine it with your own, or register anything confusingly similar to it.

Paid course content stays behind the paywall: do not republish lessons, quizzes or exam material to promote the course.

If we ask you to change or remove promotional material that uses our name or misdescribes the course, you agree to do so promptly.

For each referred purchase we show you a masked version of the buyer’s email address (for example a•••@example.com), the amount, and the date and time. You are not entitled to know who the buyer is, and you must not try to identify buyers or contact them because of what your dashboard shows.

We process the data of visitors who arrive through your link, including the referral cookie, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you collect personal data from your own audience, for example for a mailing list, you are responsible for that data and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to it.

We process your own data as an affiliate (your code, your commission and payout records, and the payment details you send us) to run the Program and pay you. Commission records are kept against your email address so that we can still pay what we owe you after your account is closed.

You can stop taking part at any time by no longer sharing your link. To close your affiliate account, contact us.

We may suspend or end your participation, with immediate effect, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Affiliate Terms or acted fraudulently. While your account is suspended, new purchases through your link earn no commission; commission you had already earned is unaffected unless it resulted from the breach. Commission that resulted from a breach of these Affiliate Terms or from fraud is forfeited, and we may recover any of it already paid.

Closing your Yet Another AI Course account does not cancel commission you have already earned. It stays recorded against your email address, and you can still redeem it by contacting us from that address.

We may change, pause or end the Program for everyone by giving at least 30 days’ notice on this page or by email. Commission on Qualifying Purchases made before the Program ends remains payable under these Affiliate Terms, and if the Program ends we will pay your available balance even if it is below $100, provided you ask for it within 90 days of the end date.

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise relationship between us, and you may not make commitments or statements on our behalf.

The Program is not exclusive. You may promote other products, including ones that compete with ours, and we may work with any number of other affiliates.

You may not transfer your affiliate account, your referral code or your balance to anyone else.

The Program is provided “as is.” We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, or that the Program, your link or your dashboard will be available without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the Program, and our total liability to you for all claims relating to it is limited to the commission payable to you in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your promotion of the course or from your breach of these Affiliate Terms.

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time, and the “last updated” date on this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your commission or your rights, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to take part after a change takes effect means you accept it.

A change never applies to commission recorded before it takes effect.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the same law as our Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise.
