These terms govern access to and use of yetanotheraicourse.com (the "Service"), operated by Yet Another AI Course, Inc. ("Yet Another AI Course," "we," "us"). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Yet Another AI Course is a self-paced online course covering practical AI fluency: how the systems work, hardware and cost, day-to-day use, legal and regulatory basics, buying and rollout. Content is organized into gated sections, checkpoints, a final exam, and a capstone plan.
The course is educational and informational. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and completing it does not constitute a professional license, accreditation, or certification recognized by any regulator or professional body.
You sign in via a one-time email link ("magic link"); we do not store passwords for course accounts. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for all activity under your account.
Individual enrollment grants one named seat. Team licenses grant a fixed number of seats assignable to individual members by your organization's administrator; seats may be reassigned but not shared concurrently by more than one person.
Individual enrollment is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the version of the course purchased and its ordinary updates. Team licenses are invoiced or charged per the plan selected at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not passed the final exam or issued a certificate. Refunds are not available after that point or after a certificate has been issued.
A certificate of completion is issued once you pass the final exam. Certificates confirm completion of this course only; they are not an accredited qualification, and Yet Another AI Course does not warrant that any employer, regulator, or third party will recognize or rely on them.
The name you enter for your certificate is your responsibility. You may update it at any time from your dashboard; doing so does not retroactively reissue a certificate already generated with a different name.
You agree not to share your account or magic-link access with others outside your licensed seats, scrape or bulk-download course content, misrepresent your completion status, or use the Service in a way that disrupts it for other learners.
All course content, text, structure, and branding are owned by Yet Another AI Course or its licensors and are provided for your personal (or your organization's licensed seats') learning use only. No license is granted to reproduce, resell, or publicly republish course content.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep figures, product names, and regulatory summaries current and mark pages with a "current as of" or legal-review date, but we do not warrant that any page is complete, accurate, or current at the moment you read it, and nothing in the course should be treated as a substitute for qualified legal, compliance, or professional advice specific to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yet Another AI Course is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including sharing of licensed seats or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; lifetime access, once granted, is not otherwise revoked except for cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date below; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yet Another AI Course, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
